Taste & Learn: Summer Salad Cooking Class

Please Join us for a beautiful summer salad cooking class on the club level with celebrated Chef, Author, and Artist. Eric Gleeson. Author of The Forest Feast Cook Book Series. Erin will teach and demonstrate her favorite easy-to-make cold summer salads, including Butternut Caprese, Spiral Zucchini Salad, and a scrumptious Watermelon Salad. This hands-on class will allow you to build and learn how to create a new summertime favorite. Join the fun in learning a new skill or adding to your culinary repertoire. Or just come to enjoy tasting these fantastic creations!
