Did you love your 4th of July celebration? Let’s do it again, this time without the red, white, and blue! 

We’re bringing back the same vibrant energy and amazing community spirit for another memorable afternoon on the Club Floor Terrace. This time, we’re inviting you to help create the experience by bringing your favorite homemade dish to share with your friends and neighbors.

Our Mix & Mingle Potluck is your opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, whether it’s your signature appetizer, a cherished family recipe, a show-stopping dessert, or something completely new and creative. We’re excited to see (and taste!) the wonderful variety our community has to offer.

To make things easy, your Club Concierge Team will handle all the soft goods: plates, napkins, glassware, utensils, and support. We’ll also be providing a curated selection of wine, beer, sodas, and water to enjoy throughout the afternoon. You bring the food; we’ll take care of the rest!

And what’s a party without music? We’re thrilled to welcome back DJ Mario Ortiz, who will be spinning upbeat tracks all afternoon to keep the good vibes flowing and the terrace buzzing.
