When Howard’s posthumous reputation is tarnished by corruption allegations, Mike and Marcus, with the help of Captain Rita Secada and others, work to prove his innocence. They uncover a conspiracy involving drug cartels and corrupt officials, leading them to confront dangerous adversaries, including DEA agent James McGrath. After a series of intense confrontations, they expose the corruption, clear Howard’s name, and celebrate their victory.
