A Fall Harvest Tasting, White Truffles & Wine
Join us as we feature Euvitis and Clos Nowhere for an exclusive day as we learn about the history of white truffles and the distinctive vineyards of Oregon Rogue Valley winery Clos Nowhere.
Begin the experience with a sensory journey through a flight of distinctive wines with Clos Nowhere, followed by an exclusive dive into the culture and history of the most sought out Fall Harvest delicacy, the White Truffle. Special guest and Michelin Star Chef Kim Alter from Nightbird will be preparing small bites for attendees and custom-made truffle boards with shavers from Napa Valley will be available for purchase.
