A Sweet Finish
We couldn’t end the series without dessert, right? For those with a sweet tooth, Head of Pastry, Lorena Idrovo will encourage to be pastry chefs for the night as she walks you through one fo our most decadent desserts, the Chocolate Pie. You’ll learn how to create the Chocolate Pie from beginning to end and master your piping skills! We’ll save some time for a round of cheers, and another appearance from GM and Sommelier, Ja Sean Hall, as she presents her favorite wine pairings to go with the Chocolate Pie.
Session will end with Chef Idrovo and Ja Sean Hall answering any questions you have.
