In The Barrel: Hibou Wine Tasting

Hibou is a small husband-and-wife team, and Hibou—/ee-boo/—is their creative wine project. The portfolio comprises limited-production California Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon from “hidden gem” vineyards, wines intended to be as thrilling to drink as they are to make. 

As first-generation vintners, they make wines without prescription or precedent, honored to guide excellent fruit into compelling wines. Each bottle of Hibou is an act of discovery, telling a unique story and a convivial experience to share.
