MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23 | 6 PM – 8 PM | OWNERS’ LOUNGE
Join us for a captivating evening celebrating the rich, resonant sounds of four cellos, featuring an eclectic program inspired by musical traditions from Korea, India, Africa, Egypt, Hungary, and beyond.
The performance brings together four accomplished musicians, each with a distinguished background in chamber music and international performance. Yeeun Heo, an internationally acclaimed cellist and founding member of the award-winning Esmé Quartet, is a faculty member at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Robert Howard has performed with leading ensembles, including the San Francisco Symphony, Philharmonia Baroque, and New Century Chamber Orchestra, and is deeply involved with the Kenya International Chamber Festival, reflecting his commitment to fostering musical exchange and bringing chamber music to international communities. Angela Lee, a graduate of Juilliard and Yale, is a founding member of the internationally recognized Lee Trio and a member of Ensemble SF. Peter Myers, Assistant Principal Cellist of the San Francisco Opera, is celebrated for his work as a chamber musician, composer, and arranger.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM, with the cello performance from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by an opportunity for residents to mingle and connect with fellow residents.
