Sommelier Led Wine Tasting with Chiron Wines

Two Sessions: 12PM – 1:15PM & 1:45PM – 3PM

Residents are invited to attend an exclusive Sommelier-led wine tasting with Chiron Wines on the Club Level 3rd Floor Terrace. A selection of five wines (2018 Nectar Dance Chardonnay, 2017 Emergent Truth Grenache, 2017 Paint of Moonlight Knights Valley Cabernet, 2017 Spring Theory Spring Mounting Vineyard Cabernet, and 2018 Mission Ranch Vineyard Pinot Noir) will be offered to Residents and paired with a selection of cheese pairings from The Cheese School. 

The celestial key for Chiron represents the restoration of balance in life. According to Greek lore, Chiron was the revered teacher of culture and science, laying the foundation for a healthy society. Chiron’s approach to make wine parallels the link between nature and culture. Chiron selects ideal vineyard sites and applies both art and science in their winemaking. Chiron finds these vineyards through their relationships with passionate farmers who share their love of living soils to grow the best possible grapes. In the winery Chiron fosters the wine, using minimal intervention, to create wine that best expresses the vineyards. 

The tastings will occur in two one-hour sessions with a maximum of 20 attendees per seating. The first seating will occur at Noon and the second seating will occur at 1:45pm allowing for a COVID disinfection and re-setting to occur in between. Residents are asked to RSVP with the Club Concierge with their preferred timeframe and guest list.
