Are you ready to “roll” up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro?

In this highly interactive and hands-on class, our local veteran chef & instructor will show you her tips and tricks for making delicious sushi rolls. You’ll learn how to prepare the perfect sushi rice, cut fresh ingredients properly, and master the art of rolling.

This casual and easy-to-follow culinary class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations – tuna, salmon, and California roll. You’ll get to let your creativity flow, try rolling with seaweed inside and out, and mix and match different ingredients to develop your unique sushi roll.

We will provide Sake; you will bring your curiosity and appetite! Be sure to let your club concierge know, as space is limited.
