Through a guided tasting of exceptional single-vineyard wines, David will share the meaning of terroir—the unique interplay of soil, climate, and landscape that gives each wine its distinct identity. His approach highlights minimal intervention, allowing each vineyard to speak authentically through the glass.

With a background spanning Michelin-starred restaurants and as former lead of the wine program at RN74 alongside Rajat Parr, David brings both expertise and an approachable style that makes wine engaging, personal, and memorable.
