Truffle Making Masterclass with Dandelion Chocolate
As one of the last independent chocolatiers in San Francisco, Dandelion Chocolate’s obsession is single origin. With a minimalist approach, Dandelion highlights different cocoa beans’ distinctive flavor notes — from classic fudge to tangy fruit.
This 1 hour and 15 minute class is guided by a chocolate educator who will show you how to make truffles from two kinds of chocolate, plus cocoa nibs, in your own kitchen!
Along with the class, attendees will receive everything they need to follow along:
- Large chocolate chips
- Ground chocolate
- Cocoa nibs
- Melon baller
- Truffle recipe
- Reference guide
- Chocolate chip cookie recipe
After your class you will have ingredients leftover and the instructors will provide suggestions on creative and fun truffle variations to try! Dandelion will also include one of our favorite recipes if you would like to use some of the chips to make cookies!
