Valentine’s Day occurs every February 14. Across the United States and in other places around the world, candy, flowers, and gifts are exchanged between loved ones, all in the name of St. Valentine.
This year we have partnered with Michelin Star Restaurant Gary Danko and Pastry Chef Deirdre Balao-Rieutort to bring you an elegant Valentine’s Day Dessert Tasting Menu with supplemental champagne to share with your special someone! Residents will have access to exclusive pricing and desserts!
Millennium Tower & Gary Danko Dessert Tasting Menu: $28
• Tropical Passion Kiss – Coconut cheesecake, passion fruit brulée, macadamia crust, lime soft meringue.
• Chocolate Temptation – Chocolate mouelleux, Mexican chocolate mousse, dark coeur coolant, cacao nib tuile.
• Petit Chou Hibiscus Honoré – Vanilla hibiscus Saint Honoré, choux filled with raspberry coulis, Tahitian Vanilla Chantilly and hibiscus tea gelée*
• Apple Salted Caramel Tart Rose – Vanilla tart shell, hazelnut frangipane, salted caramel cremeux and roasted apple “rose”*
