Join us for an Intro to Mindful Meditation in this 3 part class with a focus on breathing techniques, chanting and mantra, and finally a guided mindful meditation.
Meditation is a simple practice which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity, and promote happiness. It is an ancient tradition that’s still practiced in cultures all over the world to create a sense of calm and inner harmony.
Mindful meditation originates from Buddhist teachings and is the most popular meditation technique in the West. This practice combines concentration with awareness.
