This highly sought-after Beginners Self-Defense class, led by martial arts Grand Master Ken Craig, spans three hours and covers fundamental yet invaluable self-defense concepts. This low-impact presentation focuses on graduated risk assessment, conflict avoidance, de-escalation strategies, and last-resort defensive techniques. Suitable for individuals aged 18 and above, the class combines informative lectures with practical exercises, allowing attendees to progressively build their knowledge and skills.
