Join Us for an Uplifting Laughing Yoga Experience on the Club Level

We are delighted to invite you to a thoughtfully curated Laughing Yoga session designed to bring lightness, balance, and renewed energy to your day. Started by a medical doctor in India in 1995, Laughter Yoga is now a world wide phenomena.  This unique wellness experience offers a moment to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a sense of effortless joy within the comfort of our community.

The session will begin with gentle stretches and guided breathing techniques to help you warm up. From there, you will be guided through a series of intentional laughter exercises—playful, engaging, and accessible to all—designed to release tension, elevate your mood, and promote overall well-being. We will end with a brief guided relaxation. 

This experience provides a lovely opportunity to engage with fellow residents by sharing laughter together fosters a sense of community, positivity, and ease—leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. No prior experience is needed.  Wear comfortable clothing for easier laughing!  No mats or yoga outfits required.
