YOGA CLASSES
Practicing yoga is said to come with many benefits for both mental and physical health. Derived from the Sanskrit word “yuji,” meaning yoke or union, Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together the mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation, and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
Every Saturday, classes will be held in the Atrium. Masks are required. Temperature checks must occur as well as COVID screening questions prior to allowing entry. We recommend bringing your own personal Yoga mat. Space
is limited to 10 in order to comply with social distancing protocols.
